At Lavinii, every product is handcrafted in small batches and made fresh to order to ensure exceptional quality and freshness.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $70 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $70 are calculated automatically at checkout.
Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lavinii.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, the shipping box, and the packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or altered.
Shipping damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for review.
